WHAT IS USING EGYPT?

Using Egypt is all about exploring how various subjects, groups, and movements have utilized Egyptian history for their own means. This topic explores the usage of Egyptian culture, iconography, and philosophy by other entities for their own purposes. There are some connections that are more obvious and some that are less. There are also representations that are more accurate and respectful and less so. Using Egypt focuses on the subversion and usage of Egypt outside of an Egyptian context.
